Happy Wednesday everyone!
We're working on some upper body pulling skills and conditioning today with fan bikes/rowers and rope climbs. Try to find a calorie count that has you OFF the machine around 0:30 into each 2 minute window. We want you working on Rope Climbs for about another 30-45 seconds after that, leaving you with about a 0:30 break before the next set.
Our workout is For Time and is a bit of a choose your own adventure deal. You can break up the 150 reps of each movement however you'd like. Maybe you've been crushing your double unders and want to try for a huge unbroken set then settle into a longer Situp sesh. Perhaps you're still working on your dubs and attacking more, smaller sets is the way to go. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out =).
Don't be fooled by how short you feel the METCON may be. if you're pushing hard on the gymnastics piece as well as challenging yourself on the dubs and situps, you WILL get a good workout in today.
