Good Friday 18042025

Hey CFQ. Happy Easter.

I will be at the gym Friday morning at 07:00 to workout (Open Gym style) and the gym will be open for the remainder of the day. There's a Passion Wod at 11:00, led by Amy O and a coached class with Carol at 4:30. The gym will be locked up after Carol is finished.

If you're in for open gym, here's a good general warmup, and some specific barbell drills to get you set up for the split jerk piece.
