Another big workout to finish the week. We'll be running through a number of drills to work on our TTB and then tackling a nice triplet with light snatches, double unders and toes to bar. Those of you who did TTB in the EMOM on Thursday will be ready to ROCK and ROLL! You may also want to switch them up with an abmat situp.
