Hey CFQ. All of your hard work over the past 6 weeks comes to a head today! We're re-testing our MAX Squat today.
Key points to remember EVERY time you approach the bar:
1. Hands on and bend the bar in half. This creates torque as you get under the bar and is the first signal to the body that it's go time.
2. Get under the bar aggressively.
3. Big belly brace BEFORE un-racking and stepping back. Think about actively shrugging up into the bar.
4. Step back and exhale.
5. Screw the feet into the floor (Spread the floor) and RE-BRACE (See step 3).
