A fun end to a great week of training! We've touched on some new movements and have one last one to add in. Medball broad jumps! You're better off jumping only as far as you can without trying to overreach on these. You will use the ball to help with forward momentum by pressing it forward and pulling the ball in as you land.


We're going to start with a gymnastics piece, involving mostly upper body pressing with a little push-pull row thrown in. If you are particularly sore from the double tap burpees on Wednesday, be mindful when doing the strict ring dips and push ups. We didn't have a huge volume on wed, but it was a new movement and may have hit a little harder than usual. You can always sub in some isometric strength movements like Ring Support Holds and Plank Holds.
