One workout on the books for today crew. You'll be able to work in the accessories.
Today's workout is all about being fluid with your movement while performing each exercise and also between movements. Choose options for the TTB and STOH that allow you to keep moving well. If cycling 135/95 OH is a piece of cake for you, I suggest you increase the weight. It doesn't necessarily have to be the Rx+ weight, but something a little heavier.
