Fri-YEAHHH! 06062025

Our volume pressing for the week! We just did a three rep max on Wednesday so you should have a pretty good idea of what a heavy 3 feels like. The weight on these sets will be much lighter but will FEEL heavy given the volume that we're getting in. They don't have to be fast and feel free to pause in the front rack for a breather if you need to, especially between the the 2 flavours of presses.

For the METCON, we don't do KB CLEANS very often and they can be a bit tricky to nail down. Try them out in the warmup and if they still feel too icky we can sub in Dumbbells instead.


If you're doing Spring Fling on the weekend, I strongly suggest you refrain from anything too intense today. Spend some time on a machine or practicing skill work.
