Hi there CFQ! Here's a pretty sweet way to end the week! We're finishing the week with another round of shoulder presses for a decent volume of fairly heavy presses. Double down on your full body tension for touch and go reps here. If you're loose through the midsection as you try to press the bar up, your midsection will have nowhere to go but out. We DON"T want our midsection to move, so squeeze your belly, butt and legs.
We'll finish the day with a fun little chipper triplet.
