DEADLIFT Friday! 13062025

Classic, deadlift Friday! I love it. We're working up to a heavy set of 3, which isn't necessarily a max...just heavy. It's important to practice lifting heavy s*&^ off of the floor, to work on understanding how to create and keep proper tension in our back/core.

Following up with a sneaky little couplet of wallballs and situps. We're hitting both the front (anterior) and back (posterior) with this workout. If a 14/20 wallball just isn't enough for you anymore, you can aim for a higher target, or take a heavier ball.
