WE have a big workout lined up for today. 30 min time cap with a goal of a 1:00-ish row, unbroken (moderately heavy) thrusters, and unbroken sets of wallballs. There's a rep range on the wallballs to accommodate/support these goals.
It's going to be a great sweat!
