Hey CFQ.
We worked on SPEED with our front squats on Monday and today's the day to bring that mindset to our heavy back squats. 85-87% is going to be heavy, so the bar won't be moving fast, but we want to think about trying to move it quickly. When you hit that sticky point on the way back up, we need to push past it by trying to move fast.
The back rack lunges barbell will be taken from the floor and we will do them IN PLACE.
