Hey CFQ. Another fun workout with a unique flavour coming up. A new movement for most of us, the banded kb swing, and a metric we don't normally track, watts!
NOTE: *If class has more than 12-13 people we will be doing wall balls, or you can partner up (YGIG). Wait until partner finishes KBS before starting, same time cap, so you may only get 4 rounds in. Same 1:00 rest between rounds.

Last but not least, your gym hack for the day:
Buy a small notebook and a cool pen or pencil that you can start writing your percentages out in, tracking your 1 rm's etc. The act of writing this stuff down can be very helpful in tracking your progress and a great tool to help prepare yourself for class. It will save you time in the gym with the calculator and allow you more time to focus on some mobility, warming up, etc.
