Happy hump day CFQ.
We're working on our leg strength and endurance today. Back squats for strength, focusing on all of the bracing practice and full body tension from our squatting cycle not that long ago. 75-80% is significant, so each rep needs to be approached with maximum intention. Big belly breath in at the top, hold through the descent portion, slow controlled air out on the way back up and full breath/re-brace at the top before the next rep or re-racking the bar.
You'd better believe that the pushups at the end of round 1 (30 is no joke) will impact your next set of 20 wall balls. Managing a few more sets on the pushups instead of huge chunks may help mitigate this effect. You're also going to have to lean in on your legs to do more of the pushing in the middle. But damn...those box jumps are going to put a damper on that. At least your legs get a break on the pushups ;) This is a shoulder and leg endurance effort folks. 12:00 cap, this will be fast. GET AFTER IT!
The humbling pushup...do it right folks, or use a band across your chest, or work from your knees until you can.
