Hey folks.

We're diving head first into our snatches this week. The 1+1 means that we're doing 1 power snatch, put the bar down then 1 squat snatch. They are not touch and go, There's plenty of opportunity to warm up for it. I suggest starting with a lighter bar if you struggle with the movement to give your body and mind time to warm up.

We'll finish with a simple box step/job metcon to get the heart rate up!
