Happy hump day!
We have another Push-Pull day, on both sides of the fence and in many different flavours=)
Deadlifts and Rope Climbs for strength and then a 5 round triplet of OH pressing, SDHP's with a kettlebell and horizontal pressing with HR pushups. Those Hand Release pushups though... Promise me that when you hit the bottom of your pushup, you're going to hold your plank-like tension, squeeze everything, keep your shoulders back and down (away from your ears) and drive back up as one piece.
