Hi there! Our deadlifts this week are nestled into a nice three-piece AMRAP at a very moveable weight. Choose your weight wisely, to maximize your ability to move well, without overexerting yourself. The 5 reps should be a weight you can move easily. Break your CTB or pullups into smaller sets than you might normally do and try to stay smooth/even on the box jumps.
