Oof. Big sets of Front Squats coming up. These volume squats are starting to add up. To quote Michelle of HWPO, "15 reps of the Front Squat using up to 60% of our best squat can be a life changing experience…". Absolutely!


We're also going to be tackling some HEAVY hang dumbbell snatches. These require a little more attention to our focus on the task at hand and to using more leg drive, as opposed to the more traditional hip hinge technique. We have to keep our chest more upright, like we would if we were snatching a barbell.


Note: "HEAVY" should be anything that equates to MORE than you would normally do. The stimulus for today is HEAVY, so we aren't thinking speed through reps on this, quality reps that we have to respect.


The walking lunges will be with ONE dumbbell and you can hold it however you like.
