Happy Tuesday CFQ.
Hopefully everyone is rested up from their Family Day, day off yesterday. Did you do something fun? The sun was shining bright and warm!
Today, we're tackling Non-Open workout #4 (For those of you who know who you are), or, Open workout 24.2 as a re-do.
20 mins is a long time, and you'll spend MOST of your time on the rower, so try to keep a more upright posture, you'll breathe better. Keeping your chest up and engaged will also allow you to use more lats in your pull. Relax your grip during the return phase of the stroke as you'll be using it significantly with the deadlifts and dubs. PACING wins the day here.
