Hey folks! Tuesday's workout is going to be FUN!
You will be responsible for remembering/quickly recording how many reps you get of each movement in Part 1 and then you will DO those reps of those movements in Part 2, after a 3 min rest.
Here's an example of how it will work.
ex. John Smith's workout (what john scored in part 1 is in brackets, and now becomes his reps for part 2):
Part 1, For Reps
2 min Calorie Row/Bike/Ski (40 cal)
1 min Power Clean @ 135/95 lbs (10 cleans)
2 min Box Jumps @ 24/20" (23 BJ)
1 min Power Clean @ 135/95 lbs (8 cleans)
2 min Calorie Row/Bike/Ski (35 cal)
- Rest 3 minutes
Part 2, For time:
(40) cal Calorie Row/Bike/Ski
(10) Power Clean @ 135/95 lbs
(23) Box Jumps @ 24/20"
(8) Power Clean @ 135/95 lbs
(35) Calorie Row/Bike/Ski
