Partner option: For time with a partner: 60 clean and jerks (95/135 lb) – Athletes work together to complete the 60 reps. One athlete works at a time, switching as often as they’d like. At-home option: For time: 50 DB power clean and push jerks (35/50 lb) – Use two DBs.
