Another incredible Tuesday coming at ya!

There's ONE workout on the docket for today, and it will be a big low body blast.

5, 4 minute AMRAPS will challenge your cardio, core and leg strength. Shoot to have your run/machine work done in 2:10 or less and the TTB/Box Jump combo in 1:15-1:20 or less. This will leave you with about 0:30 to squat clean your barbell and grind away on the front squats.
