Day 2 of our transition week.

What a Tuesday! Lots of upper body pressing today. 21-15-9 couplet and a solid Bench Sesh. Who could ask for more?

This is a quick workout. If you honestly feel as though you could go unbroken on all sets of STOH, you should choose a slightly heavier weight than is listed. EVERYONE should be looking to crush the 21 and 15 STOH in no more than 2 sets!
