Digging right into our Olympic lifting with a little SQUAT CLEAN and SPLIT JERK action. The LIFT OFF is 1-3" off of the ground. That's not a lot...just enough to pull the slack out of the bar and create some full body tension. The SEGMENT is a pause at that same 1-3" position.
Slick little 3 rounder to finish!
