Tues-Yay 17062025

Happy Tuesday everyone.

Straightforward day with a METCON first, to get us fired up, and a nice CORE piece to finish the day. The core piece has some dynamic movement as well an isometric hold.

Our deadlift weight is not overly heavy and should be something yuou can pick up and hold on to unbroken, same with the goblet squats. Work through the BJ's smoothly for the win.

The Poliquin step-ups are a fantastic way to help our knee stabilization! I strongly suggest you try to work these in.
