Thursday Stretch Day 18092025

Happy stretch day everyone.

Something for everyone today. Front squats to keep the strength conscious honest and a nice EMOM if you would rather work on some skills.

As always we'll have a super-stretch setup to help us recover. Friendly note: Stretching once a week is not enough. Ideally we should all be spending some time every day taking care of ourselves. Stretching, foam rolling, etc. make it part of your life and your body will thank you. It doesn't have to be hours at a time. Something while you watch The Hunting Wives, or Love Island, Saved By The Bell...
