Hey CFQ.
I know we're all feeling the lunges from Tuesday...Come in for some mobility work and choose to tackle either a spicy, leggy, posterior chain driven EMOM or a classic Thursday Bench Press session. We've been using our posterior muscle groups a LOT lately, with max efforts in both the Snatch (Squatting, Pulling) and Clean & Jerk (Squatting, Pulling). Just something to consider if you're doing some mobility/stretching at home.
There's a longer Fitness Racing piece available for OPEN GYM users as well. (Those lunges though...😬)
