Stretch day is here!

We've tested our 1 RM Snatch and 1 RM Clean and Jerk already this week, so if you've missed the test you could catch up today... It would be good to have these numbers moving forward through our current 6 week Olympic Lifting Cycle.


We also have a great opportunity for you to work on some higher skill gymnastics movements or sweat your way through a nice AMRAP 16, also full of skilled gymnastics work. There are lots of scaled options to help everyone get the most out of their workout.


If you don't want to stretch on Thursday, you are most welcome to work through the entire workout. Your coach will help you get started on a warmup and setup for success.
