If you're headed into the gym this snowy Sunday, we have a little sweat action for you. A spicy little EMOM 10 Trio will keep you moving. The 2 min rest will help you bring your heart rate down and get set to attack the next 10 minutes. You're also only working for 0:30 in each set, so you can push the pace a little.
