Hey CFQ.
If you're headed into the gym today, here's the plan of attack if you're following along with our regular programming. Push jerks off of the rack and a nice interval workout with cardio and OH pressing gymnastics work. Do me a favour? If you're not familiar with HANDSTAND PUSHUPS or happen to be by yourself in the gym, please don't do the HSPU. Choose the dumbbell option instead. Your OH strength will NOT suffer, and you'll be in a much safer position. Gracias amigos.
