A little Sunday Meat Grinder for you. Don't try to work too fast on this, nice and smooth is the ticket.
Have fun with this and we'll see you in the gym! You'll have a pretty good idea after a test set of 2 x 0:20 rounds to get an idea of how many reps you'll get in each work interval. Scale the reps accordingly to make sure you get in under the 30 min cap.
