Our last round of Sunday Conditioning (Next Sunday is a mile run day) within this squat cycle. Also a nice EMOM, especially if you missed the OH Lunges on Friday.
We have a nice semi-deload style week coming up as we prepare for our BACK SQUAT re-test on Friday. We will still be doing some lower intensity volume squats and a speed squat session to get our CNS (central nervous system) primed to move some big weight!
