Hola. This is the last week of our transition period. We will be starting our squat strength cycle next week and to get our bodies and mind on board with the idea, we're going to be tackling 10 sets of 5 heavy front squats. We're throwing in a few pesky double unders, just to keep your mind in the game. Keep your midline tight, especially as you start to get tired. Slow your squats down a bit, controlling your descent, to keep both feet firmly on the ground allowing for maximum power transfer to the bar.
We'll finish with a short post metcon piece to work our core.
