Welcome back winter=)
Maybe it's all of the OPEN REDO's we've been crushing lately...I'm starting to feel the CrossFit Open buzz around the gym. You all seem to have a little extra to give these days. It's really cool to see so many of you stepping up your game. Regardless of where you are in your CrossFit journey, the OPEN provides you an opportunity to get a verified baseline for your current level of fitness.
If you're new to CrossFit, working towards achieving the BEST quality movement in each OPEN workout is the goal. You have someone with you the whole way to ensure you're meeting CrossFit's movement standards. Ask your coach about this if you're curious.
If you've been doing CrossFit for a while now, you may be looking to improve on a previous year's performance. If this is you, you know what the OPEN wods feel like and what it takes to get just a few more reps.
Digging deep and testing what you've learned and practiced all year with your CFQ Family can be a very rewarding experience. Knowing that you've put in a 100% effort is so satisfying.
