Hey CFQ. Thanks again to Heidi and Dave for hosting our annual summer bash! What a fun day. Congrats to the hill sprint winner, my man, the one and only, Cecil VanB! Plank Master Dave crushed 11 year olds, and everyone else, to claim the plank challenge gold.
