Sgt Major Jerry Dwayne Patton, 40, died on 15 October 2008 during High Altitude High Opening (HAHO) training while assigned to Army USSOCOM preparing for deployment to Afghanistan. Jerry is survived by his wife Molly and his sons Chad, Cody, Chase and Connor.
Warmup
Warmup to start weight, 5 mins then:
Every 2 minutes for 2 sets at each rep scheme.
3 bench @ 80-90 % (6 reps over 4 mins)
5 bench @75-85% (10 reps)

For Time:
2 km row
1600 m run (1 mile, end of Embroider it sign)
2 km row
Aim to push a decent pace on the first row that allows you to jump off, run the 1600 m a little faster and come back in for a hard push on the last row.
Looking for a 21-27 minute effort on this one. Scale to fit this outlook or in consideration of injury.
