Good evening Gym Family. The news has been around, but this is the official announcement.
There's a new facility being built on Palmer Brook Dr. that, when finished, will house our new gym! It may be in a different place and it's going to look a little different on the inside but all of your favourite coaches will still be there, your favourite bike, rower and barbell will all make the move too. We hope to offer some exciting new features too. More to come in the near future. Stay tuned.
