Happy Canada Day! Monday 01072024

Hey CFQ. So, you'll notice that today's workout is eerily similar to Friday's... A few notable differences are the time domain, this one being more medium than long, and the weight, this one being quite light. The intended stimulus on this workout is to move fast and efficiently! The front squat weight should feel like an sir squat. Be careful though, as you move quickly you'll have to keep an eye on your technique/range of motion. Make sure you're moving well.
