We made it crew! Another Friday is upon us.

Our squat session for the week will be in the front rack! Maybe you felt like your squat clean limited your clean and jerk capacity on Wednesday? Well, these heavy front squat triples will help increase that capacity.

I feel a significant shoulder burn 🔥 sliding down the pipe on this metcon. 30 dubs is the PERFECT rep count to practice those pesky little trouble makers. If you have a few dubs but not in big sets yet, try shooting for 3 sets of 10 or 2 of 15. The lunges will get tough but you can help yourself by working to create as strong and locked out an OH as possible.
