Here we go crew. Let's finish this week off strong!

We haven't had the ropes out in a while, so dig those long socks out of your gym bag! EMOM's like this are a great opportunity to practice skills, so today might just be your day to nail down your rope climb!

For those who did the 12 days of Christmas workout on Wednesday, your pecs and shoulders might still be a little lit up. We will be programming ring rows instead of ring dips. if you didn't workout Wednesday and would like to ring dips instead of rows, please do!
