Happy Friday everyone. We have one more "Test" for you, but this one isn't for any money. 2 rep MAX Back Squat! Should be fun =)
We'll finish the day with a spicy little set of intervals. Take note, there's no rest between intervals so we're rolling right into the next set of wall balls after the TTB. Your challenge for the day is to try and hang on to both the wall balls AND the hang cleans for unbroken sets. reduce the weight/reps as needed to accomplish this. Seriously. try a lighter weight on the wallball and or the bar to see of you can actually hang on to unbroken sets...I double dog dare you.
