Happy Friday CFQ!


We're going to finish the week off with an EMOM with some machine work, KB Swings and Toes To Bar (TTB). It has been a while since we've touched on TTB, and this format provides for a great opportunity to practice. If you're still learning to string these together, keep your sets small and maybe choose a calorie count on the previous minute of work that allows for a decent break. This way you're not totally gassed when you get to the TTB. The max distance triple broad jump will be a fun cap to the class.
