Hola! We made it Friday of our re-test week, and the best of the re-tests (in my opinion), the deadlift is on deck. As with all "max" lifts, we want to make sure we stay focused on our midline tension! Fill your torso with air and squeeze everything (these are simple terms, pay attention to your coach for more nuanced instruction during class). Listen to your body and push safely! Have fun.
