We're trucking right on through this March Break! Carrying on with some upper body pressing. Work to a heavy bench, with the tempo these will get hard, and be fast/explosive on the reduced Range Of Motion pushups. Going from a heavy and slow press to a fast explosive press.
Big METCON to follow with the PERFECT number of dubs to practice on. 10 is also a great number to practice on. Either big unbroken sets of 10 for as long as you can or maybe 2 sets of 5 for as long as you can. The step ups will be tough, so try to use these as a heart rate moderator, move smoothly and take a short break in the middle if you need it. Shoot for no more than 2 sets on these.
