Big Friday to finish the week. Let's focus on finishing our last session of the big lifts in this strength cycle strong! We talk a lot about midline stability (bracing our core) and there's no exception with these deadlifts! You have to think about every single rep and be conscious of squeezing your core tight and keeping your back flat!
The goal for the workout is to finish...make sure we choose a box height or stack of plates that allow for you to keep your thigh parallel to the floor or your knee not very much higher than your hips.
