Happy Friday Folks! We made it. Hopefully everyone's kids have been graduated and suitably partied out!

Our last big workout for the week. The 30 second rest between rounds isn't a lot, but it should be sufficient to let our heart rate settle just enough to get after the next round with the same intensity as the one before.

Pick a weight you can hang clean for the 10 reps unbroken and try your best not to overdo the run...you don't have to go HAM, just don't slow down.
