CFQ Fun Meet on Saturday

Hey CFQ. A friendly reminder that we are hosting a fun weightlifting meet this Saturday, August 9, starting at 10:30-ish, after the partner workouts. We have a guest, Greg Doucette, coming to walk us though a typical meet, with anyone interested in trying, testing 3 chances at a snatch and 3 chances at a clean and jerk. if you';re interested let me know and I can fill you in with more detail. It will be FUN!

Sadly, unlike our fellow pictured above, we won't be using pancakes as weights...
