Our Uniquely abled program is growing! Demand for the class has grown to the point where it's time to add a second time-slot. For logistical reasons, it makes most sense to have the two classes back to back on the same night. Unfortunately, this means that the 18:30 Olympic lifting class will have to move to 5:30. We're really sorry if this impacts your ability to catch it. We also have some options for the 5:30. Please check out this SUPER-Quick survey (1 question) to offer your input.
