Wednesday CLEAN & JERK day. 01102025

Hey Crew! It's our Clean and Jerk test day! All of your hard work over the past 6 weeks, coming to fruition!

This is a suggested ramp up sequence with %'s based off of our last 1 rm test 6 weeks ago. you can use whatever system of warmup reps that you'd like to, but this will get you nice and warm/prepped to hit the big numbers. As a fun note, this is also something similar to what you would work through if you choose to do a weightlifting competition someday...i.e. maybe on Oct 25 at OUR GYM =). We can talk more about that later.

HOT TIP - copy and paste these numbers into Gemini or another AI system and ask it to make you a list of weights based off of your last 1 RM. Works like a charm.

- 1 @ 50%

- 1 @ 55%

- 1 @ 60%

- 1 @ 65%

- 1 @ 70%

- 1 @ 75%

- 1 @ 80%

- 1 @ 85%

- 1 @ 88%

- 1 @ 92%

- 1 @ 95%

- 1 @ 98%

- 1 @ 101%
