Another take on conditioning first followed by a strength piece. This looks like fun.

Part one will be a tough AMRAP and you should focus on moving steadily and smooth. No need to rush this one.

For part 2, the weight on the bar should be NO MORE than 70% of your 1 RM Clean and Jerk. The bar should feel heavy but be manageable as strong singles in the EMOM. At no point should we be failing lifts in this section.
