Hey hey, it's hump day!

Thank you to everyone who came out for a remembrance day workout. It's always so great to see folks come together and put in some hard work. Everyone did an amazing job.


We have a lot of upper body pressing in today's workout, which may seem a little extra if you chewed through "MURPH" on Tuesday. Be mindful of the weight and if your chest and arms are pretty burned out, pull back a little bit to spare yourself unnecessary risk of injury.

"Grettel" is another bonus-plus benchmark workout from CrossFit. "Grace" is 30 clean and jerks for time at 135/95 and all we're doing is tacking on a few bar facing burpees.
